Danny Hill

I aim to create more opportunities in our Wasatch Back community for artists and bands to perform and grow, enriching our community with more performances for us all to attend.

I am originally from Utah Valley. I am an Orem High School graduate who earned a BS in business from UVU. After growing up in Utah County, I moved to Park City to work in the Outdoor Recreation, Night Life, and Performing Arts industries. During this time, I met my wife, Alisha. We have been married for sixteen years and have lived in Heber for seven years with our three children.

 

I originally started in the music business as a performer. I DJed in nightclubs, concerts, and private events. DJing allowed me to become the GM of one of the venues I performed at in Park City. As GM I had the freedom to program all the events for the venue and that is where I caught the bug for the music industry. I then took a position as the Box Office manager for Park City Institute. I have served on the Wasatch County Arts Council board. I am an alumnus of the second class of the Heber City Leadership Academy. I have programmed the Heber Market on Main since 2021. I started the Homegrown Concert Series, which focuses on local songwriters and storytellers and is held once a month at the Wasatch County Library. Most recently, we have partnered with Midway City to produce the Midway Music on the Square Concert Series.
